Filter and Search
Through the filter bar at the top, you can quickly find specific contacts:- Select Communication Window: Switch to view the contact list of different assistants.
- Quick Filter:
- Friend/Group Nickname: Enter nickname for fuzzy search.
- Single Chat & Group Chat: Filter chat types.
- All Relations: Filter current relationship types (such as Customer, Colleague, etc.).
- Tags: Filter by tags.
- Search: Click the search button to execute the query.
Batch Manage Relations
You can select one or more contacts in the list to perform batch relationship settings:- Set as Leader: Mark contact as a leader, usually used to receive proactive reports.
- Set as Customer: Mark as a standard customer, applicable to regular business reply logic.
- Set as Colleague: Mark as a colleague, may apply internal collaboration logic.
- Set as Silent: Set to silent status, AI may not proactively disturb.
List Operations
- Refresh List: Click the “Refresh List” button to sync the latest contact data (Note: Click at most once per natural day 0:00-24:00).
- View Details: The list displays the contact’s nickname, avatar, group/single chat attributes, tags, and current relationship status.
