In this module, you can flexibly set the AI assistantā€™s working service hours. You can refine the configuration by working days and specific time periods according to business needs.

Service Period Configuration

  1. Select Communication Window: First select the AI assistant you want to configure.
  2. Time Zone Setting: Select the applicable time zone (default is UTC+8: Beijing, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taipei) to ensure time settings match local business hours.

Add Time Period

The AI assistantā€™s basic service period defaults to all day. If you need to specify a specific time period:
  1. Click the ā€œAdd Timeā€ button.
  2. Select Weekdays: In the pop-up dialog box, check the weekdays to apply this time period (such as Monday to Friday).
  3. Set Time Range: Click ā€œAdd Periodā€, set specific start and end times.
  4. Confirm: Click OK to complete adding.
Tip: You can set up to 3 different service period strategies. Outside the set time period, the AI assistant may enter offline or silent status (depending on offline strategy configuration).
After completing all configurations, please click the ā€œSaveā€ button to make the settings take effect.
