1. What this guide can help you do

After registering and activating MarsMind AI, you will get a long-term collaborative AI assistant. This guide will help you quickly understand:
  • The basic framework and ideas of collaborating with AI
  • The complete process from login, authentication to starting #work
  • How to establish the first step of a working relationship with AI

2. Basic Principles and Thinking Premises of Collaboration

AI decides the interaction method based on the identity of the communication object, including the following 4 situations:
  • Customer
Default identity. Refers to your company’s customers or potential customers. AI will prioritize providing services and answers to them.
  • Leader
It is recommended that you take this role. As the AI’s leader, you can command it, have it report, and provide feedback to help it learn and adjust.
  • Peer
Collaboration object. AI will treat them as internal members for reference and learning, while avoiding misjudgment as customers.
  • Other (Silent Object)
Non-key interaction object. Even if there is a message, the AI will not respond and remain quiet.
Leader / Peer are essentially colleagues, and AI will treat them as “insiders”.
But when working, AI will always prioritize obeying the Leader’s instructions and serving the Leader.

3. Launch AI and Start the First Communication

Step 1. Login to Backend

The backend supports managing login status, data, and maintaining the AI knowledge base (see backend guide for details).

Step 2. Complete AI Login

  • Follow the backend instructions to complete the AI’s first login
  • Within 48 hours after first activation, a “natural disconnection” may occur, which is normal. If this happens, just re-enter the backend and follow the prompts to log in.
Reminder: MarsMind will not handle bans or unblocking on third-party platforms on your behalf. Please strictly abide by platform rules to avoid violations.

Step 3. Authenticate Your Identity

  • Enter #auth {verification code} to complete identity verification
  • Then enter the corresponding role command:
    • #leader → Set as Mentor

Step 4. Start AI Work

  • Enter #work → AI starts working externally

Step 5. Say Hello to AI

At this point, your AI assistant is officially online. You can chat with it casually,
test if it can call enterprise knowledge to help you answer questions.
