Create New Communication Window
Click the “Create New Communication Window” button in the upper right corner of the page to connect a new AI assistant channel.-
Select Channel: In the pop-up dialog box, select the channel you need to connect:
- WX (WeChat)
- Enterprise WX (WeCom)
- URL
Other channels are coming online soon

Configuration Details (taking URL as an example):
- Enter Name: Set a unique identification name for this window (English, numbers, or underscores, 4-10 characters long).
- Login: Click Login after completing the configuration.
Manage Online Assistants
In the list, you can view all created communication windows and their statuses.- View Status: The list shows the assistant’s nickname, avatar, and channel type (such as Enterprise WX channel, URL website channel, etc.).
- Offline/Online: Click the corresponding “Offline” button to toggle the assistant’s online status.
