Feature Description
The Identity Management module is used to configure “identities” for AI assistants in different friends or group chats.Through identity settings, AI can participate in conversations with appropriate roles, avoid misjudging objects, and maintain consistent, professional personas across various business scenarios. Common application scenarios include:
- Using different nicknames or personas in different group chats, maintaining consistency in tone and style
- Setting exclusive tags or notes for specific customer groups to avoid communication confusion
- Unifying default relationships to ensure AI can respond normally as a customer identity even in unfamiliar or unconfigured group chats
Operation Steps
1. Enter Identity Management
In the backend left navigation bar, click AI Configuration → Relationship Management to enter the identity settings interface.
2. Search Friends/Groups
Through top filter conditions (login account, friend nickname, tags, type, relationship), quickly locate friends or groups that need identity settings.Supports multi-dimensional combination filtering, convenient for quickly finding targets when there are many contacts or groups.
3. Set Identity
After finding the target friend/group in the list, you can perform the following operations:- Broadcast Message: Send information to multiple objects at once, improving communication efficiency
- Set as Colleague: Mark the relationship as internal team member, AI will treat them as collaboration partners, not customers
- Set as Silent: AI will remain quiet in this group, not actively speaking, suitable for scenarios that only need monitoring
- Set as Default Relationship: Set this group or friend as default “customer”, AI will respond normally as customer identity, maintaining unified basic communication methods
The above operations support batch selection, you can check multiple friends or groups at once and set identities uniformly, avoiding the workload of individual modifications.
4. Save and Take Effect
After completing settings, the AI assistant will immediately function according to new identity rules in related group chats or friend conversations.If adjustments are needed again, you can re-select in batches and modify at any time.
When using identity management, it’s recommended to maintain consistent personas and flexibly configure according to business scenarios:
- Customer groups, internal groups, and partner groups can be assigned different identities to match appropriate tone and style
- For groups where you don’t want AI to actively speak, it’s recommended to enable “silent mode” to collect information while avoiding interference
- As business develops, regularly check and update identity configurations to ensure AI always works in the correct role
