Feature Introduction
This page is used to configure interaction logic when new users add AI as a friend, including:- Whether to automatically accept friend requests
- Welcome messages for new conversation users (supports text / files / images)
- Lead qualification and information collection
Auto Accept Friend Requests
- When the switch is turned on, the system will automatically approve all new friend requests.
- When turned off, manual confirmation is required for adding.
- Recommendations:
- For broad customer expansion → Turn on auto approval
- For precise control or small-scale pilot → Keep turned off
Welcome Messages for New Conversation Users

- The system supports configuring up to 6 welcome messages.
- Each welcome message can choose:
- Text: Input up to 200 characters of greeting or explanation
- File: Such as introduction documents, process materials
- Image: Such as brand KV, operation guides
You can design welcome messages for different scenarios and send them in order:
- General greeting (e.g., “Hello, thank you for adding, this is…”)
- Service commitment (e.g., “We promise to respond within 24h”)
- Business introduction (e.g., “AI can assist you with listing and after-sales related questions”)
- Material guidance (e.g., “For more information, please see attached documents/official website link”)
Lead Qualification and Information Collection

- Qualification Elements: Fields that need to be collected, such as email, company name, customer name, GMV, etc.
- Description: Brief explanation of fields to help users understand.
- Example: Provide sample formats to avoid user input confusion.

Recommendations
- Flexibly set collection elements according to your business needs, avoiding too many or too few.
- The system supports batch addition and saving for easy iterative optimization.
- Collected information will be deposited into customer profiles, and AI assistants will later upgrade business analysis processing and notify you.
