1. What This Guide Can Help You Do

After registering and activating MarsMind AI, you will get a long-term collaborative AI assistant. This guide will help you quickly understand:
  • Basic framework and approach for collaborating with AI
  • Complete process from login, authentication to startup #work
  • How to establish the first step of working relationship with AI

2. Basic Principles and Mental Framework for Collaboration

AI will decide interaction methods based on the identity of communication partners, including the following 5 situations:
  • Customer
Default identity. Refers to your company’s customers or potential customers, AI will prioritize providing service and answers for them.
  • Leader
We recommend you take this role. As AI’s leader, you can command it, have it report, and provide feedback to help it learn and adjust.
  • Peer
Collaboration partner. AI will treat them as internal members for reference and learning, while avoiding misjudging them as customers.
  • Management
High-privilege manager. Requires additional password to enable, suitable for directly asking AI about business situations, but no need to participate in daily management.
  • Silent Object (Other)
Non-key interaction object. Even if there are messages, AI will not respond and remain quiet.
Leader / Peer / Management are essentially all colleagues, and AI will treat them all as “insiders”.
But when working, AI will always prioritize following Leader’s instructions and serve the Leader.

3. Launch AI and Start First Communication

Step 1. Login to Backend

The backend supports managing login status, data, and maintaining AI knowledge base (see backend guide for details).

Step 2. Complete AI Login

  • Follow backend guidance to complete AI’s first login
  • Within 48 hours after first activation, there may be one “natural disconnection”, this is normal. If this occurs, simply re-enter the backend and login as prompted.
Reminder: MarsMind will not handle third-party platform bans or unbans. Please strictly follow platform rules and avoid violations.

Step 3. Authenticate Your Identity

  • Input #auth {verification code} to complete identity verification
  • Then input corresponding role command:
    • #leader → Set as leader

Step 4. Start AI Work

  • Input #work → AI starts external work

Step 5. Say Hello to AI

Now your AI assistant is officially online. You can chat with it casually,
testing whether it can use enterprise knowledge to help you answer questions.
