Knowledge Management (displayed as “Knowledge Maintenance” in the interface) is your main place for daily operation of the knowledge base. Here, you can conduct refined retrieval and revision of existing knowledge, as well as manage knowledge groups and the recycle bin.

1. Knowledge Query and Filtering

Supports multi-dimensional filtering to help you quickly locate target knowledge points.
  • Keyword Search: Enter keywords in the top search box, supporting fuzzy matching of question or answer content.
  • Knowledge Base Switch: Click the “Enterprise Knowledge Base” or “Personal Knowledge Base” button at the top to switch.
  • Source Filter: Filter knowledge sources via the drop-down menu (such as “Document Import”, “Web Crawling”, “Manual Entry”).
  • Group Filter: Click the knowledge group on the left (such as “Default Group”, “Business Knowledge”) to view knowledge under a specific category.
Tip: The search here uses vector retrieval technology, which not only matches literal meanings but also understands semantics. For example, searching for “slow delivery” might retrieve content related to “logistics timeliness”.

2. Knowledge Editing and Modification

When you find that a knowledge point answer is inaccurate or outdated, you can modify it at any time.

Operation Steps

  1. Find the QA entry that needs modification in the list.
  2. Click the Edit Icon (usually a pen icon) on the right side of the entry.
  3. In the pop-up editing window, modify the Question or Answer.
  4. You can also adjust the Group or Source tag of this knowledge.
  5. Click Save, and the update takes effect immediately.

3. Knowledge Deletion and Recycle Bin

Delete Knowledge

  • Single Deletion: Click the delete icon on the right side of the entry.
  • Batch Deletion: Check multiple knowledge points, click the “Batch Operation” button at the top, and select delete.

Recycle Bin Management

Deleted knowledge will not disappear permanently immediately, but enter the “Recycle Bin”.
  1. Click the “Recycle Bin” button at the bottom left of the page.
  2. You can view deleted knowledge.
  3. Restore: Select the knowledge needed to be restored and restore it to the knowledge base.
  4. Permanently Delete: Perform the delete operation again in the recycle bin to permanently destroy the data.

4. Knowledge Group Management

Reasonable knowledge grouping helps improve management efficiency.
  • In the left sidebar, you can view all knowledge groups.
  • Supports creating new, renaming, or deleting groups.
  • When importing or editing knowledge, be sure to select the correct group to facilitate subsequent maintenance.
