Audit Rules
The system follows the following automated and manual cooperation audit logic:- Natural Learning Knowledge: Must be manually reviewed and passed before it takes effect and enters the knowledge base.
- Other Source Knowledge: If manual review is not performed within 24 hours, the system will automatically pass it and it will take effect in the library. It is recommended to regularly check the pending review list and handle controversial content in time.
Operation Guide
1. View Pending Review Knowledge
On the “Knowledge Audit” page, you can view all knowledge entries with the status “Pending Review”. The list shows the specific content (question and answer), source, and generation time of the knowledge.2. Single Audit
- Pass: Check the knowledge points confirmed to be correct to make them effective.
- Discard: For inaccurate or duplicate knowledge points, you can choose to discard (delete).
- Edit: If the knowledge point is partially accurate, you can click edit directly, modify it, and then pass it.
3. Batch Operation
When there are many pending entries, you can use the batch function to improve efficiency:- Batch Accept: Check multiple knowledge points, click the “Batch Accept” button at the top to pass them all at once.
- Batch Discard: Check multiple invalid knowledge points, click the “Batch Discard” button to clean them up with one click.
- Filter Source: Through the drop-down menu in the upper right corner, you can filter by knowledge source (such as “Natural Learning”, “Document Import”) to conduct targeted audits.
