# Preparation

> Four best practice elements recommended for you to prepare before going live. This will help us design a better AI assistant for you during the first design.

### 1. 10+ Sets of Real Dialogues

Records of common dialogue communication in your business scenarios. These can be typical communication dialogue records of your current sales staff in this business scenario. They need to be complete and uncut, at least 10 sets, the more the better. The communication result can be a deal or no deal; the most important thing is that they are typical enough to allow your role to learn typical customer questions and corresponding scripts. It is recommended to also reflect the operational actions of the sales process.

    **Sales**: Consumption settlement will be automatically deducted from your bound bank card. The billing cycle is once a month.\

    **Sales**: You can contact our customer service. We will help you submit a "Tax Refund Delay" application for verification and processing by the Japanese tax refund agency.\

    **Sales**: Yes, there will be a bank deposit SMS notification, and you will also receive an email reminder from the tax refund agency.\

### 2. Enterprise Document Knowledge / Official Website

It can be your enterprise's knowledge files, requiring AI to record responsive knowledge. It is best presented in a QA format, such as providing a "Common Q\&A Table / FAQ Table", providing questions and answers. One question corresponds to one answer. The ideal situation is to provide content that conforms to daily language expression, rather than official written expression.

### 3. Dedicated AI Mentor Contact Person

Please designate a dedicated contact person for the enterprise to realize launch progress docking and AI training. They will be defined as the AI's mentor (Leader) and obtain mentor permissions. They will be responsible for the subsequent coaching of the AI, that is, when the AI encounters daily problems, it will come to report and ask them. Daily and weekly reports will also default to start sending to this Leader colleague. Of course, you can choose to change to a more suitable mentor at any time to achieve better AI training results.

### 4. Existing Business Flowchart to Enter

A flowchart that allows AI to understand the current business work workflow, facilitating the AI role's understanding. Requires a sequential business operation process containing key nodes and corresponding department (or member) divisions. For example, after Department A processes, it transfers to Department B at Node X. Please supplement according to your specific situation. Simple natural language can be used, but using a flowchart is recommended.
