# Describe a task to the assistant

> Submit a task with a clear scope in AI Workbench.

## Specify the object, scope and result

1. Open **AI Workbench** at the top right.
2. State the period, window name or contact, and provide the material to analyze. For example: “Below are 10 conversation records from the After-sales window for October 1–4. Summarize common questions and list knowledge gaps based on these records.” Paste the records after your question before sending.
3. Submit and inspect the returned content and processing status. Data and reports depend on what the service actually returns.
4. Open **Test** to ask a question from the customer’s perspective.

  The assistant does not automatically read the current page, selected management window, or checked items. Name the object and include the records in your question; “this window” alone does not identify the data.
