# 个人资料

> 管理昵称和接收通知的邮箱。

1. 点击左下角账号入口，选择 **个人资料**。
2. 修改 **昵称** 和 **邮箱**。两项必填，邮箱需为有效地址。
3. 点击页面底部 **保存**，出现保存成功提示后完成。

昵称仅用于后台显示，不改变 AI 的对外人设。邮箱用于接收助手上线、下线等通知；填写 QQ 邮箱是建议，不是必填条件。

资料加载失败时点击重试，读取成功后再修改。保存失败时保留草稿并重试；离开页面遇到未保存提示时，先处理修改。
